Pradeep Illayaperumal Selvaraju is an experienced Software Engineer with a focus on Automotive Engineering. Currently working as a Software Engineer 3 at Torc Robotics, he has a demonstrated history of working in the automotive industry. Pradeep has a Master of Science degree from Clemson University International Center for Automotive Research. Pradeep's expertise lies in developing software and hardware architectures for various HMI and autonomous functions. He has experience working on an NVIDIA DRIVE PX2 platform and has developed a Voice and Gesture Control module for autonomous vehicles. This module enables the user to control various aspects of the autonomous vehicle such as dynamic path modification and infotainment. Pradeep has also worked on a ROS based software architecture. Prior to his current role, Pradeep worked at Torc Robotics as a Motion Planning Systems Engineer. He also worked at Clemson University International Center for Automotive Research as an Autonomous Software Engineer, where he led a team of 4 to develop breakthrough technology innovations for future vehicles. Pradeep has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Tiruchirappalli and completed his high school education from R.S. Krishnan Higher Secondary School. In addition to being a Software Engineer, Pradeep also has experience as a Research Scientist. He has a relevant experience of 3.86 years and is a strong engineering professional with an in-depth understanding of the automotive industry.
